Hannah is a skilled development and foreign policy professional with extensive experience working in government positions and on diplomatic postings for Australia, with a focus on challenging post-conflict environments. She has a sophisticated understanding of how development and foreign policy can be influenced and a demonstrated ability to develop effective strategic policy in settings involving multiple partners and stakeholders. Hannah is a highly effective oral and written communicator, and a meticulous researcher with extensive experience negotiating complex issues. She is a critical and creative thinker, with a solutions-based approach to problem solving. Hannah is an effective leader in uncertain environments and crisis scenarios, having held diplomatic positions in Afghanistan, Solomon Islands and East Timor. Hannah is currently on maternity leave. In 2016, Hannah started a side hustle, ‘The Worm Monger’, an educational resource for schools, businesses and community on responsible organic waste disposal.
